1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days through your original payment method or another agreed channel.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item received was wrong or defective).
4. Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for the same product or an equivalent one), please inform our customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
